Crepes are one of those foods that I very seldom get to enjoy, but absolutely love!  I've never attempted them at home because they seem pretty intimidating to make.  So what's a girl to do when she wants to stuff her face full of those thin, French pancakes?

CHEAT!

That's right!  I have discovered the easiest way to make crepes at home thanks to the Hungryroot Community Page on Facebook.  Using Hungryroot ingredients, I've found a way to make easy and delicious crepes that are totally intimidation-free!

For the crepes, I used Egglife Foods Sweet Cinnamon Egg White Wraps.  They're a keto-friendly wrap sweetened with cinnamon and the perfect base for the easiest crepes ever!

For the filling, I used Bellwether Farms Creme Fraiche and some apples sautéed in butter and cinnamon.  After wrapping up the crepes, I drizzled a little Runamok Organic Vermont Maple Syrup on top.

If you want to make crepes at home, but you're still a bit intimidated, try these super easy crepes instead!  There's little prep and they take minutes to make!  Just warm up the wraps and sauté the apples.  Then, fill, wrap, sprinkle with powdered sugar, drizzle with syrup, and enjoy!

To start these crepes, we're going to make the apple filling first.  Melt butter in a skillet.  Then, add apples, cinnamon, and vanilla and sauté until the apples have softened.  Remove from the skillet, set aside, and keep warm.

Divide the crème fraiche between the wraps.  Then, spoon the apples on top and roll up.

Now, we're going to wipe the butter out of the skillet we just used to make the apples.  Heat the pan over medium heat and warm up the crepes on all sides for just a couple minutes.

Serve the crepes with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and drizzle of maple syrup on top.

These crepes might not be authentic, but they sure are good!  Play around with different fillings (like blueberries and cream cheese - that's the combo that led me here) and enjoy easy crepes whenever the craving hits!
