Here's what I love about pumpkin spice season - it doesn't end just because Halloween is over.  Oh no!  Peppermint mocha season might be on its way, but there's plenty of pumpkin spice time left!  I've been getting my fill of pumpkin spice since...well, since I started getting sick of the summer heat in July.

And while I do love a warm and toasty (or iced) PSL, I also enjoy seasonal cocktails on occasion.  So when I remembered that I had a bottle of Double Espresso Van Gogh Vodka, I realized that I could make an extra adult version of pumpkin spice coffee!

This martini is simple.  It starts with espresso flavored vodka.  In addition to the vodka, I added Fulton's Harvest Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur.  And that's all it takes!  Serve the martini in a sugar and pumpkin spice rimmed glass.  Then, add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Not only would this martini make a delicious addition to your Halloween festivities, it would be a perfect cocktail to serve during your Thanksgiving celebration.  Plus, with only two ingredients, it's easy to keep those glasses full!

I'm all about easy cocktail recipes and this is as easy as they get!  First, we're going to add ice to a cocktail shaker.  Then, we're going to add two ounces of double espresso vodka and one ounce of pumpkin pie cream liqueur.  Shake it up!

If you can't find double espresso vodka, you can use two ounces of vodka with about one ounce of brewed coffee or espresso instead.  Then, follow the rest of the recipe to make the cocktail.
