Apple Pecan Bread
This Apple Pecan Bread tastes like a little bit of fall in every bite and is a great way to use up some fresh apples from apple picking!

- 1 stick of unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together on low until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in chopped apples and nuts. Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out of the center of the loaf clean.
Carefully remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack before serving.
