Cook the quinoa as directed. Allow quinoa to cool and place 1/2 cup into a small bowl.
Stir in 1 tsp. of Stevia sweetener.
Add a small amount of water to the bottom of a small saucepan, basically to just cover the bottom.
Heat the water over medium and add the diced apples.
Sprinkle a little ground cinnamon plus the other teaspoon of Stevia sweetener over the apples. Stir to combine and cook just until softened. Remove from heat.
Begin assembling your quinoa bowl. Add Wholesome Pantry Organic Pecan Halves to one side of the quinoa bowl.
Then, add the cooked apples into the other side of the bowl.
Spoon Wholesome Pantry Almond Butter down the middle of the bowl and serve!
