Ingredients
1 - 8oz.bag sugar snap peascut in half
1red bell peppercut into strips
1/4cupHoisin sauce
2tbsp.olive oil
3tbsp.apple cider vinegar
1/2tsp.sesame oil
1/2tsp.ground ginger
1tsp.sesame seeds
1-2green onionschopped
Instructions
Add the sugar snap peas and pepper strips to a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, mix Hoisin sauce, olive oil, vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil together. Pour over snap peas and peppers.
Mix in the sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve salad chilled with an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds on top, if desired.
