Asian Sugar Snap Pea Salad

Sugar snap peas, bell pepper strips, and a sesame and Hoisin sauce dressing come together to make this delicious and crunchy Asian Sugar Snap Pea Salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz. bag sugar snap peas cut in half
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1-2 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Add the sugar snap peas and pepper strips to a medium bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix Hoisin sauce, olive oil, vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil together. Pour over snap peas and peppers.
  • Mix in the sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Serve salad chilled with an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds on top, if desired.
