Ingredients
1 - 15oz.can chickpeasrinsed and drained
1cupgreen bell pepperdiced
1cupred bell pepperdiced
1/2cuppickled onionsroughly chopped
2tbsp.apple cider vinegar
3tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp.fresh oregano leaveschopped
1/2tsp.garlic powder
1/4tsp.paprika
Salt and pepperto taste
1/2cupcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Add the chickpeas, bell peppers, and pickled onions to a large bowl.
Stir in the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper.
Fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
