California Turkey Club Sandwich

You’ll be California dreamin’ about this California Turkey Club Sandwich made with thick-sliced Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse® Hearty White Bread, mayo, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, tomato, turkey, and of course, crispy bacon!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Farmhouse Hearty White bread
  • 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 small avocado sliced thin
  • 1 small Roma tomato sliced thin
  • 3-4 slices oven roasted deli turkey
  • 2 slices bacon cooked
  • Optional: cocktail pick pickle spear

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the Farmhouse Hearty White bread slices in the toaster oven.
  • Remove from toaster and spread mayonnaise onto each slice of bread.
  • Begin layering the sandwich by adding the alfalfa sprouts.
  • Then, spread out the slices of avocado, followed by the tomato.
  • Add the turkey slices and finish with the bacon strips.
  • Close the sandwich with the other piece of toasted bread and cut in half.
  • Hold the sandwiches together with cocktail picks and serve with a pickle spear, if desired.
