For the pita croutons:
1pita breadcut into small pieces
1tbsp.olive oil
1tsp.garlic powder
Saltto taste
For the salad:
1tbsp.olive oil
1/2cupchicken strips
1bunch baby Romaine lettucecleaned and chopped
1/4cupred onionsliced thin
1/4cupmini cucumbershalved
1/2cupgrape tomatoeshalved
1/3cupcrumbled feta cheese
2tbsp.Fabalish Organic Dairy-Free Tzatziki

Instructions
For the pita croutons:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Add the pita bread pieces to a small bowl. Then, toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Allow pita croutons to cool completely. Then, use as a salad topping.
For the salad:
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips to skillet and cook 10-12 minutes, or until cooked completely through. Set aside.
Add lettuce to a large salad bowl. Add chicken, onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and tzatziki on top.
