1 - 15oz.can chickpeasdrained and rinsed
1/4cuptahini
3tbsps.unsweetened cocoa powder
3tbsps.honey
1tsp.pure vanilla extract
1/2tsp.cinnamon
1/4tsp.cayenne
Pinchof sea salt
Cold wateras needed
Fresh fruit, like strawberries, raspberries, pears, or applesfor dipping
Instructions
Add chickpeas, tahini, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt to a food processor, or blender, and blend until smooth. Slowly add water while the hummus is blending until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste hummus and adjust the seasonings, as desired. Then, chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Serve hummus with fresh fruit like strawberries, raspberries, pears, or apples.
