Ingredients
112 ozbox pastalike farfalle or tricolor rotini
2cupssharp provolone cheesecubed
1cuppepperonichopped into small pieces
1cuplarge pitted black olivessliced
1cupsliced roasted red pepperschopped
1/2cupsundried tomatoeschopped
115 oz.bottle Italian dressing
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside to cool completely.
Once cool, add cooked pasta and chopped ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Add bottle of Italian dressing to the bowl. Stir well to coat.
Place salad in a serving dish and serve, or store pasta salad in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to serve.
