This Cream Cheese Pasta Bake with Salmon is an easy weeknight meal made with garlic and herb cream cheese, tomatoes, broccoli, salmon fillets, and penne pasta.

8oz.garlic and herb cream cheese
1pintgrape tomatoes
2cupsfresh broccoli floretschopped
1clovegarlicminced or grated
10oz.Atlantic salmon filletscut into chunks
1/4cupolive oil
1small lemonjuiced
1tsp.Italian seasoning
Salt and pepperto taste
8oz.penne pastaor short cut pasta of choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the cream cheese to the middle of a casserole dish.
Then, add the tomatoes, broccoli, garlic, salmon, and olive oil around the cream cheese.
Pour lemon juice over tomato mixture. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cream cheese has softened.
While casserole dish is in oven, prepare pasta. Bring pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
Remove the casserole dish from the oven and stir the cream cheese until it's a smooth sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the dish and stir again.
Serve the pasta bake with Parmesan cheese and a loaf of crusty bread.
