Ingredients
2medium tomatoesdiced
1medium cucumberseeded and diced
1green bell pepperdiced
Generous 1/3 cup black olivessliced
1/4cuponiondiced
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
2teaspoonsolive oil
5.3oz.plain Greek-style yogurt
1/2tsp.dried dill
1/4tsp.garlic powder
Salt and pepperto taste
Optional: crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Prepare the veggies and set aside in medium bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, Greek yogurt, dill, and garlic powder until combined.
Add the yogurt mixture to the veggies and combine until veggies are coated.
Season with salt and pepper and stir one more time.
