Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 large skillet

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 14 oz. bag frozen tater tots
  • 10 oz. ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil plus more, as needed
  • 1 small bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion sliced thin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
  • Dill Pickle Buffalo Everything Sauce
  • Crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  • Place tots in air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, cook in batches.
  • Lightly spray the tots with cooking spray and cook 10-15 minutes at 400, flipping or shaking basket halfway through cooking. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up as it cooks. Season with paprika, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Brown turkey until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
  • Give the skillet a quick wipe and add the peppers, onion, and garlic, plus more olive oil, as needed. Cook 4-5 minutes, until softened but still crisp. Add turkey back to the pan and toss to combine.
  • Begin assembling the bowls by adding lettuce and tater tots. Top with turkey mixture and sliced pickles. Sprinkle blue cheese onto the bowl, then drizzle with Dill Pickle Buffalo Everything Sauce. Serve immediately.
