Cooking spray
14oz.bag frozen tater tots
10oz.ground turkey
1tbsp.olive oilplus more, as needed
1small bell peppersliced
1/2smallred onionsliced thin
2clovesgarlicminced
1/2tsp.smoked paprika
1/2tsp.onion powder
Salt and pepperto taste
1cupchopped Romaine lettuce
1/2cupdill pickle chips

Crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
Place tots in air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, cook in batches.
Lightly spray the tots with cooking spray and cook 10-15 minutes at 400, flipping or shaking basket halfway through cooking. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up as it cooks. Season with paprika, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Brown turkey until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
Give the skillet a quick wipe and add the peppers, onion, and garlic, plus more olive oil, as needed. Cook 4-5 minutes, until softened but still crisp. Add turkey back to the pan and toss to combine.
Begin assembling the bowls by adding lettuce and tater tots. Top with turkey mixture and sliced pickles. Sprinkle blue cheese onto the bowl, then drizzle with Dill Pickle Buffalo Everything Sauce. Serve immediately.
