These Easy Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Spears are made with just three ingredients! They’re a deliciously sweet and slightly salty appetizer, snack, or breakfast side dish.

1 - 16oz.container pineapple spears
6-8piecesDry Rubbed Pork Bacon
1.5oz.Organic Vermont Maple Syrup
Optional: bamboo skewers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400º. Prepare a large baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top. If using bamboo skewers, soak for 30 minutes prior to using.
Push a bamboo skewer into each pineapple spear.
Wrap each pineapple spear with one bacon slice
Then, lay seam side down onto the wire rack.
Brush the maple syrup onto each pineapple spear.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked and crispy to your liking, flipping halfway through.
Let the pineapple cool slightly before serving.
