The best way to say “you’ve got a pizza my heart” on Valentine’s Day is with these Easy Pepperoni Pizza Roses! They’re made with crescent dough, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.

Ingredients
1 - 8oz.crescent dough sheet
1/4cuppizza sauce
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
5oz.sliced pepperoni
1/2tsp.fresh basilchopped small
1/4tsp.garlic powder
Serving options: extra pizza saucewarmed, or hot honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Unroll the crescent dough sheet and cut into 1" wide strips.
Spread a light layer of pizza sauce onto each strip of dough.
Follow by sprinkling with cheese, fresh basil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Then, layer the pepperoni slices on top, overlapping each slice and positioning the pepperoni so the top halves stick out of the dough.
Take an end of the dough and begin rolling it up into a tight roll.
Place the rolled dough into the muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly. Remove from pan and serve warm with extra pizza sauce or hot honey.
