Ditch the bagel and have this Everything Breakfast Quinoa Bowl for breakfast instead! It’s made with everything seasoned quinoa, avocado, tomatoes, sprouts, an egg, and bacon for a wholesome and delicious breakfast!

Ingredients
1/2cuptricolor quinoa
1-2tbsp.everything seasoning
2-3bacon stripscooked
1large eggfried
1/2avocadosliced thin
1/4cupalfalfa sprouts
1/4cupgrape tomatoesblistered
Instructions
Cook quinoa according to package (1 cup of water to 1/2 cup quinoa). Cool and mix in everything seasoning. Spoon into a bowl.
Add bacon on top of the quinoa. Fry up an egg and add it to the bowl.
Slice half of an avocado and arrange in the bowl. Add everything seasoning to the avocado slices.
Follow with alfalfa sprouts and finally blistered grape tomatoes.
To make the tomatoes, heat a little oil in a skillet. Add tomatoes and cook until they burst. Season with salt.
