Ingredients

  • 1 - 16.3 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 tbsps. butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Open the biscuit dough. Using kitchen shears, make 4 equal cuts around the circle of dough.
  • Then, use your fingers to form 3 leaves and a stem. If desired, make small cuts in the center of each leaf to give the shamrock leaves their signature heart shape.
  • Place the biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, stir the melted butter, garlic powder, fresh parsley, salt and pepper together.
  • Use a pastry brush to generously brush the top of each biscuit with the butter mixture.
  • Place the biscuits in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
