Ingredients
1lb.center cut bone-in pork chops1 inch thick
Salt and pepperto taste
1limejuiced and zested
1tbsp.honey
2peacheshalved
Optional: fresh basil leavesto garnish
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place on grill. Cook pork for 10-12 minutes, or until charred and cooked through. Flip halfway through cooking.
While the pork is cooking, stir the honey, lime juice, and zest together in a small bowl.
Brush the peach halves with the honey-lime mixture. Place the peaches on the grill when the pork chops are cooked halfway.
Once the pork and peaches are cooked, slice the peaches and serve with a drizzle of any leftover honey-lime mixture. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
