Ingredients

  • 1 lb. center cut bone-in pork chops 1 inch thick
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 peaches halved
  • Optional: fresh basil leaves to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place on grill. Cook pork for 10-12 minutes, or until charred and cooked through. Flip halfway through cooking.
  • While the pork is cooking, stir the honey, lime juice, and zest together in a small bowl.
  • Brush the peach halves with the honey-lime mixture. Place the peaches on the grill when the pork chops are cooked halfway.
  • Once the pork and peaches are cooked, slice the peaches and serve with a drizzle of any leftover honey-lime mixture. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
