Halloween Mozzarella Zombie Eyeballs
Give Halloween guests the creeps with these gruesome, but delicious Halloween Mozzarella Zombie Eyeballs that will be staring back at them as they eat! They're made with fresh mozzarella balls, pesto, black olives, and roasted red peppers.

Ingredients
- Marinated Ciliegine mozzarella
- Prepared pesto
- Large pitted black olives sliced
- Roasted red peppers cut into thin strips
Instructions
- Place mozzarella on a cheese plate. Spread them out so there are two mozzarella balls paired together.
- Using a teaspoon, dot a small amount of prepared pesto onto each mozzarella ball.
- Place a couple strips of roasted red pepper onto the mozzarella.
- Then, place a slice of black olive on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
