Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Unwrap brie and place in baking dish, slightly larger than brie, or onto parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes, or until the middle of cheese is melted through. Center of cheese should feel soft.
While brie is baking, prepare the olives and sun-dried tomatoes and mix in a small bowl. Set aside.
Remove the cheese from the oven and arrange the olive and tomato mixture around the edge of the brie like a wreath.
If desired, cut a piece of sun-dried pepper or sun-dried tomato into the shape of the bow and place onto the "wreath."
Serve brie immediately with a knife to cut through the rind and 34 Degrees crisps or snaps for dipping or spreading.
