Holiday Baked Brie with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Impress your holiday guests with this easy Holiday Baked Brie with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes made to look like a festive Christmas wreath with a deliciously gooey center!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. brie wheel
  • 1/4 cup pitted mixed olives chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • Optional: 1 sun-dried pepper or 1 sun-dried tomato

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Unwrap brie and place in baking dish, slightly larger than brie, or onto parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 minutes, or until the middle of cheese is melted through. Center of cheese should feel soft.
  • While brie is baking, prepare the olives and sun-dried tomatoes and mix in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Remove the cheese from the oven and arrange the olive and tomato mixture around the edge of the brie like a wreath.
  • If desired, cut a piece of sun-dried pepper or sun-dried tomato into the shape of the bow and place onto the "wreath."
  • Serve brie immediately with a knife to cut through the rind and 34 Degrees crisps or snaps for dipping or spreading.
