Honey Whipped Feta Dip with Pistachio and Pomegranate

This Honey Whipped Feta Dip is creamy and dreamy with a slightly salty-sweet flavor. It’s topped with a pool of honey, chopped pistachios, and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. pistachios chopped
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and pepper in food processor or blender until mixture is creamy.
  • Spoon into a bowl and smooth out, making a well in the center.
  • Pour the honey into the center of the dip.
  • Top with chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers.
