Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
2large eggs
1/2cupwhole milk
1/2cupwater
1/4tsp.salt
2tbsps.buttermelted
Instructions
Whisk the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add the milk and water.
Then, add the salt and gradually whisk in the melted butter.
Once batter is combined, lightly oil a griddle pan or skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
Spoon a thin layer of batter onto the griddle. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
Serve crepes warm with your choice of sweet and savory fillings.
