How to Make Homemade Crepes

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make homemade crepes, this is such an easy recipe to follow! Once they’re made, fill the crepes with an endless amount of sweet and savory fillings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsps. butter melted

Instructions

  • Whisk the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  • Gradually add the milk and water.
  • Then, add the salt and gradually whisk in the melted butter.
  • Once batter is combined, lightly oil a griddle pan or skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Spoon a thin layer of batter onto the griddle. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  • Serve crepes warm with your choice of sweet and savory fillings.
