Italian Sun-Dried Tomato and Roasted Garlic Hummus
Classic hummus goes Italian with this Sun-Dried Tomato and Roasted Garlic Hummus recipe. It’s made with an entire bulb of garlic and other big Italian flavors like sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese!

Ingredients
1can chickpeasrinsed and drained
2tbsp.tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1small garlic bulbroasted
1tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
1/3cupsun-dried tomatoeschopped
1/4cupshredded Parmesan cheese
1/2tsp.Italian seasoning
Water
Salt and pepperto taste
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
Veggies and/or pita chips for dipping
Instructions
Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, roasted garlic, and olive oil to a food processor or blender.
Pulse until smooth. Add a tablespoon of water at a time to help move the hummus along.
Once the hummus is smooth and creamy, add sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasonings.
Pulse again until the rest of the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Spoon hummus into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with veggies or pita chips.
