Recipe adapted from BettyCrocker.com. This Easy Lemon Cream Cheese Cake starts with a box of yellow cake mix and lots of lemon flavor. It’s a perfect dessert for all of your springtime celebrations!

Ingredients
For the cake:
1box yellow cake mix
1cupmilk
3oz.cream cheesesoftened
Grated lemon peel from 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
3eggs
For the glaze:
2cupsconfectioner's sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
For the cake:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and generously grease a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat all of the ingredients together until completely combined and pour into bundt pan.
Bake cake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
Allow cake to cool 15 minutes. Carefully remove from pan and place on a serving plate or cake stand.
Allow cake to cool completely for about an hour longer.
For the glaze:
Beat the confectioner's sugar and lemon juice together until a thick glaze has formed.
Using a spoon, drizzle glaze over top of the cake.
Allow the glaze to set, then serve.
Notes
Not a fan of glaze? Serve this cake with powdered sugar on top instead!
