Ingredients
3cupsbroccoli floretschopped
1/4cupred onionfinely chopped
1clovegarlicminced
1generous cup grape tomatoesquartered
1/3cupartichoke heartschopped
1tbsp.capers
1/4cuppitted kalamata oliveschopped
15oz.can chickpeas
1lemonjuiced
1tbsp.olive oil
1teaspoonoregano
Salt and pepperto taste
Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the broccoli, onion, garlic, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, capers, olives, and chickpeas.
Stir in the lemon juice, olive oil, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top of the salad and serve.
