Mother’s Day Charcuterie Board

Add a delicious touch to Mom’s special day with this floral themed Mother’s Day Charcuterie Board made with a variety of cheeses, dried fruits, nuts, flatbread crackers, and trendy meat roses!

Ingredients

  • Salami slices
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Sartori Merlot cheese wedge
  • Brie wedge
  • Goat cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • Dried cranberries
  • Dried apricots
  • Cashews
  • Almonds
  • Olives
  • Flatbread crackers

Instructions

To make meat roses:

  • Begin by folding slices of salami or pepperoni around the rim of a champagne or wine glass.
  • Continue overlapping slices, bringing each slice closer between layers, and pressing together so slices stick.
  • When the layers are thick enough, flip the glass over onto the board, and carefully remove the rose.
  • Repeat until you've made your desired amount of roses.

To assemble the charcuterie board:

  • Add the cheeses to the board. Slice the hard cheeses and leave the soft cheeses whole.
  • Arrange the meat roses around the board.
  • Then, add the the nuts, dried fruits, and olives.
  • Finally, add the flatbread crackers to the board.
  • Serve immediately.
