Instructions
To make meat roses:
Begin by folding slices of salami or pepperoni around the rim of a champagne or wine glass.
Continue overlapping slices, bringing each slice closer between layers, and pressing together so slices stick.
When the layers are thick enough, flip the glass over onto the board, and carefully remove the rose.
Repeat until you've made your desired amount of roses.
To assemble the charcuterie board:
Add the cheeses to the board. Slice the hard cheeses and leave the soft cheeses whole.
