For the olive salad:
1cupCastelvetrano oliveschopped
1cupblack oliveschopped
1/2cuproasted red pepperschopped
1/4cupgiardinierachopped
2tbsps.caperschopped
1/4cupolive oil
2tbsps.red vinegar
1tsp.oregano
1tsp.garlicminced
Salt and pepperto taste
For the stromboli:
1store bought pizza doughroom temperature
4slicessalami
4slicesmortadella
4slicesdeli ham
4slicesprovolone cheese
8slicesmozzarella cheese
1egg beaten + splash of waterfor egg wash

Instructions
Add the green and black olives, roasted red peppers, giardiniera, capers, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper to a small mixing bowl. Mix and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The longer, the better.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Stretch into a large rectangle, about 12x16 inches.
Spread a good portion of the olive salad over the surface of the dough. Leave a 1 inch border around the edges.
Layer the meats and cheeses over the olive salad.
Roll the dough into a log starting at one long edge of the dough. Tuck the ends underneath the dough and pinch the seam together to seal.
Carefully place the stromboli onto the prepared baking sheet, seam-side-down. Then, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until stromboli is golden brown on the outside and cheeses have melted inside.
Allow stromboli to cool 10 minutes before serving. Then, slice into thick slices and enjoy warm.
