Panko Crusted Soy Mustard Pork Loin

For the marinade
- 1/3 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Small garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary
For the pork loin
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
Trim most of the fat off of the pork loin and place into a freezer bag.
Pour the marinade over the pork loin.
Close the freezer bag and allow the pork loin to marinade for at least two hours.
For the pork loin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a shallow dish, combine the pangko and garlic and herb seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the pork loin from the marinade and roll it in the Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs. Make sure it's completely coated.
Then, place the pork loin in a roasting pan and cook pork for approximately an hour, or until cooked through.
