Panko Crusted Soy Mustard Pork Loin

Ingredients

For the marinade

  • 1/3 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Small garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary

For the pork loin

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

For the marinade

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
  • Trim most of the fat off of the pork loin and place into a freezer bag.
  • Pour the marinade over the pork loin.
  • Close the freezer bag and allow the pork loin to marinade for at least two hours.

For the pork loin

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the pangko and garlic and herb seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the pork loin from the marinade and roll it in the Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs. Make sure it's completely coated.
  • Then, place the pork loin in a roasting pan and cook pork for approximately an hour, or until cooked through.
  • Serve with your favorite holiday side dishes!
