Ingredients
15oz.can chickpeasrinsed and drained
1 1/4cuppumpkin puree
1/4cuphoney
2 1/2tsp.pumpkin pie spice
1/2tsp.stevia
1vanilla beanscraped
Pinchof salt
Serving suggestions: cut fruitgraham crackers, pie crust pieces
Instructions
In a food processor, or blender, pulse the chickpeas, pumpkin puree, and honey until smooth.
Add the pumpkin pie spice, stevia, vanilla bean, and salt and blend until incorporated.
Spoon hummus into a bowl and serve with fruit, graham crackers, or pie crust pieces.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
