Rocky Road ice cream lovers will love this Rocky Road Fudge! It’s made with a simple chocolate fudge base, plus crushed walnuts and marshmallows!

Ingredients
12oz.bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1container milk chocolate frosting
Splash of milk
1tsp.vanilla extract
1cupmini marshmallows
1cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
Spray an 8" x 8" inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium pot, continuously stir semi-sweet chocolate chips on low until melted. Remove from heat and add container of chocolate frosting. Stir until combined.
Add a splash of milk to the mixture so it stirs easier. Then, add the vanilla.
Fold in the marshmallows and walnuts.
Then, pour the mixture into the prepared pan and chill in fridge for 3 hours or until hardened.
Once the fudge has set, flip pan over on a cutting board and cut the fudge into squares.
Store fudge in a plastic wrapped lined container in the fridge up to two weeks.
