4croissantscut into 1-inch cubes
1/4cupolive oil
2teaspoonsdried rosemary
Saltto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cubed croissants to mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over croissants. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt. Toss to combine.
Spread the croissant cubes evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Flip and bake for another 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the croutons to cool completely.
