Skinny Strawberry Cannoli Dip

Ingredients

  • Generous cup of strawberries diced
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 15 oz. container fat free ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. natural sweetener
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the diced strawberries and honey to a small pot and heat over low.
  • Stir continuously until the strawberries have become soft and easy to mash.
  • Use a fork or potato masher to mash the strawberries into a strawberry sauce. Set aside to cool.
  • In the meantime, add ricotta, yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener to a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until the ingredients are incorporated.
  • When the strawberry sauce is cool, stir it into the ricotta mixture.
  • Then, add the mini chocolate chocolate chips.
  • Chill before serving with strawberries.
