Slow Cooker Boozy Applesauce
Give homemade applesauce an extra boost of flavor with this Slow Cooker Boozy Applesauce recipe made with whiskey, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon!

- 6-8 apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. whiskey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
When the apples are ready, they will easily mash with a potato masher.
Turn off the slow cooker and allow the applesauce to cool slightly.
Then, spoon the applesauce into a jar and store in the fridge.
