S'mores Cereal Granola Bars

Enjoy the taste of Smores on-the-go with these Smores Cereal Granola Bars made with toasted oats, chocolate, marshmallows, and Honey Maid Smores cereal!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 heaping tbsp. honey
  • 1 c. Honey Maid S’mores
  • 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips + 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cinnamon into the oats. Spread oats onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a saucepan, stir butter, brown sugar, and honey together over low heat. Remove from heat when butter is melted and the other ingredients have been fully incorporated.
  • Put the toasted oats back into a medium bowl and stir in the butter mixture. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Once oat mixture has cooled, stir in the Honey Maid S’mores, mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray and press the granola into the pan.
  • Melt 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips over a low flame, stirring continuously until melted. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the granola.
  • Chill the granola in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Once the granola is cool and the chocolate has hardened, cut the granola into bars.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
