Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix cinnamon into the oats. Spread oats onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, stir butter, brown sugar, and honey together over low heat. Remove from heat when butter is melted and the other ingredients have been fully incorporated.
Put the toasted oats back into a medium bowl and stir in the butter mixture. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Once oat mixture has cooled, stir in the Honey Maid S’mores, mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
Prepare a 9-inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray and press the granola into the pan.
Melt 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips over a low flame, stirring continuously until melted. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the granola.
Chill the granola in the fridge for at least one hour.
Once the granola is cool and the chocolate has hardened, cut the granola into bars.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
