Tiramisu Breakfast Parfaits

Who says you can’t have dessert for breakfast? With this recipe for Tiramisu Breakfast Parfaits, you can have a lighter breakfast alternative to a favorite Italian dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz. package Neufchatel cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup prepared coffee
  • 1 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. natural sweetener or 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup dark chocolate granola
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Neufchatel cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • While whisking, slowly pour in the coffee.
  • Stir in the vanilla and sweetener.
  • Begin layering the parfait in a glass. Add a layer of granola to the bottom of the glass.
  • Then, add some of the yogurt mixture.
  • Continue repeating with layers and finish with a layer of yogurt on top.
  • Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder and serve.
