This Tropical Fruit Salsa combines the sweetness of peaches, mango, and pineapple with the savory flavors of green bell pepper and red onion. The salsa comes together with tangy lime juice, salt, and fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 large mango peeled and diced
  • 2 medium peaches pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl. Stir to combine.
  • If desired, place salsa in the fridge and allow it to sit 15-20 minutes to meld the flavors together.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
