Cook the pasta according to package, or until al dente. Drain the pasta and allow it to cool.
Place the pasta into a Ziploc bag and add a few drops of food coloring. Shake the bag to coat.
Allow pasta to soak up food coloring for a few minutes. Rinse in a colander to remove excess food coloring.
Place pasta in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
Add pasta to the air fryer basket. Working in batches, cook 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees, or until crispy.
Allow the pasta chips to cool. Then, serve with marinara sauce, or your favorite sauce, for dipping.
