These Air Fryer Rice Chex Chicken Tenders are a meal the entire family will love! They’re crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and gluten-free!

Ingredients

boneless
skinless chicken tenders
2
cups
Rice Chex
ground into Panko-like consistency in food processor
1
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4
tsp.
paprika
1
tsp.
garlic seasoning
Pinch
of cayenne or chili powder
Salt and pepper
to taste

large eggs

Instructions
Set air fryer to 400 degrees.
In a shallow plate or large bowl, mix the Rice Chex, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic, and cayenne.
Beat the eggs in another shallow dish or bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into egg. Coat chicken in the Rice Chex mixture, pressing to make sure each piece is evenly coated.
Place the chicken into the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary, and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and cooked through.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Need to reheat these chicken tenders? Pop them back in the air fryer and cook for about 3 minutes at 400 degrees.
