Boozy Bourbon Lucky Charms Treats

Make these magically delicious Boozy Bourbon Lucky Charms Treats with just 4 ingredients – Lucky Charms cereal, butter, marshmallows, and bourbon. They’re a fun adult St. Patrick’s Day dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps. butter
  • 1 - 10 oz. package mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsps. bourbon or whiskey
  • 8 cups Lucky Charms
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • When butter is completely melted, add bag of marshmallows and stir consistently until completely melted.
  • Take pan off of heat and add the bourbon.
  • Gradually fold in the cereal until it's completely incorporated into the marshmallow mixture.
  • Press the cereal mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Allow the treats to cool before cutting into squares.
