Ingredients
1tbsp.olive oil
1 - 12oz.package cauliflower gnocchi
2clovesgarlicminced
1 - 12oz.package fully cooked Sweet Italian Chicken Sausagecut into 1/2" rounds
1 - 12oz.container Tomato Marinara
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepperto taste
Grated Parmesan cheesefor serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the gnocchi to the pan and let it cook, undisturbed, for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the gnocchi and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Lower heat to medium-low. Add garlic and chicken sausage. Cook, stirring, until garlic becomes fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the marinara sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir.
Top the skillet with mozzarella cheese and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Carefully remove the skillet from the oven and serve immediately with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
