Chicken Sausage and Gnocchi Skillet

If you’re looking for an easy meal, this one pan Chicken Sausage and Gnocchi Skillet is it! It’s made with cauliflower gnocchi, chicken sausage, marinara, and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 - 12 oz. package cauliflower gnocchi
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 - 12 oz. package fully cooked Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage cut into 1/2" rounds
  • 1 - 12 oz. container Tomato Marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the gnocchi to the pan and let it cook, undisturbed, for 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the gnocchi and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Lower heat to medium-low. Add garlic and chicken sausage. Cook, stirring, until garlic becomes fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the marinara sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir.
  • Top the skillet with mozzarella cheese and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Carefully remove the skillet from the oven and serve immediately with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
