These Chocolate Raspberry Blossom Cookies are made with a sweet raspberry sugar cookie base and topped with a Hershey’s milk chocolate kiss. They’re a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day or any day of the year!

Ingredients
1 - 17.5oz.sugar cookie mix pouch
1stick buttersoftened
1egg
1tbsp.raspberry syrup
Red food coloring
1/4cupredor pink, sugar sprinkles
Hershey's Kissesmilk chocolate or milk chocolate meltaway, unwrapped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Stir cookie mix, butter, egg, raspberry syrup, and a few drops of red food coloring together until dough forms.
Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the sugar sprinkles.
Bake 6-8 minutes, or until the cookies are set.
Press a Hershey's Kiss in the center of each cookie.
Then, transfer the cookies to wire racks and allow to cool completely.
