Chocolate Raspberry Blossom Cookies

These Chocolate Raspberry Blossom Cookies are made with a sweet raspberry sugar cookie base and topped with a Hershey’s milk chocolate kiss. They’re a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day or any day of the year!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 17.5 oz. sugar cookie mix pouch
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry syrup
  • Red food coloring
  • 1/4 cup red or pink, sugar sprinkles
  • Hershey's Kisses milk chocolate or milk chocolate meltaway, unwrapped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Stir cookie mix, butter, egg, raspberry syrup, and a few drops of red food coloring together until dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the sugar sprinkles.
  • Bake 6-8 minutes, or until the cookies are set.
  • Press a Hershey's Kiss in the center of each cookie.
  • Then, transfer the cookies to wire racks and allow to cool completely.
