Ingredients
For the dressing:
2tbsps.low sodium soy sauce
1tbsp.rice vinegaror white vinegar
1small limejuiced
1tsp.honey
1/4tsp.ground ginger
Srirachaif desired
For the salad:
1large cucumbercut into thin half-moons
1avocadodiced
1/2cupshredded carrots
1/2cupradishesjulienned
6oz.can lump crab meatdrained
1/4cupscallions, or red onionchopped
Optional:sesame seeds, Sriracha
Instructions
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, add the cucumbers, avocado, carrots, radishes, crab meat, and scallions. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Place salad in a serving dish. If desired, serve with sesame seeds on top and extra Sriracha.
