Easy Apple Cinnamon Crepes
These Easy Apple Cinnamon Crepes are intimidation-free! They’re made with Sweet Cinnamon Egg White Wraps, crème fraiche, and sauteed cinnamon apples.

- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 small apples peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crème fraiche
- 4 Sweet Cinnamon Egg White Wraps
- Optional: powdered sugar maple syrup, dried cranberries
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Add apples, cinnamon, and vanilla. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, until apple soften. Remove and keep warm.
Divide the crème fraiche between wraps. Then, spoon the apples on top and roll up.
Wipe out the skillet and heat over medium. Add the crepes to the pan just to warm up, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle maple syrup on top. If desired, add dried cranberries on top.
Serve immediately.
