Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 toaster

Ingredients

  • 2 Winchester Farms hot honey chicken breasts
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 2 slices Andrew & Everett pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup pickled red onions adjust to taste
  • 2-3 tbsps. Bubi’s organic garlic sauce

Instructions

  • Place the hot honey chicken breasts in an air fryer. Set temperature to 390 degrees and cook 10-12 minutes on each side, or until crispy and cooked through. Keep warm.
  • While the chicken is cooking, toast the brioche buns until golden and slightly crisp around the edges.
  • Start assembling the sandwiches by adding a generous layer of garlic sauce on the bottom of the bun.
  • Place arugula on the bun and top with the hot honey chicken. While the chicken is still warm, place the cheese on top.
  • Finish with pickled red onions on top. If desired, spread more garlic sauce on the top bun. Then, serve immediately with pickles on the side.
