Ingredients
2Winchester Farms hot honey chicken breasts
2brioche buns
2slicesAndrew & Everett pepper jack cheese
1cuparugula
1/4cuppickled red onionsadjust to taste
2-3tbsps.Bubi’s organic garlic sauce
Instructions
Place the hot honey chicken breasts in an air fryer. Set temperature to 390 degrees and cook 10-12 minutes on each side, or until crispy and cooked through. Keep warm.
While the chicken is cooking, toast the brioche buns until golden and slightly crisp around the edges.
Start assembling the sandwiches by adding a generous layer of garlic sauce on the bottom of the bun.
Place arugula on the bun and top with the hot honey chicken. While the chicken is still warm, place the cheese on top.
Finish with pickled red onions on top. If desired, spread more garlic sauce on the top bun. Then, serve immediately with pickles on the side.
