Easy Peach, Prosciutto, and Arugula Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Wood Grilled Pizza Crust
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic paste
  • 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 large peach sliced thin
  • 1/3 cup arugula
  • Optional: balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, garlic paste, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the ricotta mixture onto the pizza crust. Then, add the peaches on top.
  • Tear the prosciutto into pieces and place it on top of the pizza.
  • Then, bake the pizza for 10 minutes, or until the ricotta is melty and the crust is crispy on the bottom.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the arugula.
  • If desired, add a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Then, cut into slices and serve.
