This Easy Philadelphia Roll Sushi Bowl tastes just like a Philly roll, but is made with jasmine rice, poké style salmon, avocado, cucumber, and seaweed snacks in an easy and convenient rice bowl.

1Organic Seasoned Jasmine Rice pouch
1package Smoked Poké Style Salmon
1/2avocadosliced thin
1/2mini cucumbersliced thin in half moons
1/4cupseaweed snacks
1/4cupcream cheese
Optional: sesame seedssoy sauce
Instructions
Tear corner of rice package to vent. Heat it in microwave 90 seconds. Carefully remove it from microwave and divide between two bowls.
Divide the Smoked Poké Style Salmon between both bowls.
Then, add the avocado, cucumber, and seaweed snacks on top.
Spoon the cream cheese into the middle of the bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
