If you liked my Easy Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl, you're going to love this recipe!  It's been a while since I've been able to get my hands on Hungryroot's poké style salmon.  See, the way it works is that certain groceries on Hungryroot's site are available seasonally or by region.  So when it showed up during one of my last orders, I immediately added it to cart!

Ever since I last had the Smoked Poké Style Salmon, I've been thinking about turning it into a Philly roll style rice bowl.  I absolutely love Philadelphia roll sushi!  It's made with smoked salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese.  So good and so easy to turn into a rice bowl using Hungryroot ingredients!

Along with the Smoked Poké Style Salmon, I also added a package of jasmine rice, mini cucumbers, cream cheese, and an avocado to my delivery.  Then, I grabbed a package of sesame flavored seaweed snacks from the store to add a sushi-like touch to my rice bowl.  The result was delicious and way easier to make than a sushi roll!

Easy Philadelphia Roll Sushi Bowl

If Philly rolls are your favorite type of sushi, this rice bowl is an easy way to satisfy your craving.  There's very little prep and cooking involved.  Once the bowls are assembled, serve with soy sauce and sesame seeds as a delicious sushi inspired lunch or light dinner!

The only cooking you have to do is heating up the rice.  And all that takes is 90 seconds in the microwave!  Once the rice is heated up, divide it between two bowls.

Now, we can assemble our bowls.  Add the Smoked Poké Style Salmon to each bowl.  This salmon is cold-smoked giving it a raw texture, perfect for sushi style recipes!

Next, we can dress up the rest of our sushi bowl with slices of cucumber and avocado.  I also added some seaweed snacks because it's not sushi without the seaweed wrapper!

The final touch is a generous dollop of cream cheese in the middle of the bowl.  Then, the bowl is topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and served with soy sauce.  I also like to add wasabi sauce for a little kick!  Super easy and so good!
