Make a Hawaiian inspired Easy Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl with protein packed cold-smoked salmon, a rainbow of veggies, and a simple poke sauce.

Ingredients
1Organic Seasoned Jasmine Rice pouch
1package Smoked Poké Style Salmon
2-3tbsp.low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
2tsp.rice vinegaror apple cider vinegar
1/2tbsp.sesame oil
1tsp.honey
1tsp.fresh gingerpeeled and grated
Splash of Sriracha
Saltto taste
1/4cupShelled Edamame
1/2avocadosliced thin
1/2cupCrunchy Veggie Slaw
1mini cucumbersliced thin in half moons
Sesame seedsto garnish
Instructions
Tear corner of rice package to vent. Heat in microwave 90 seconds. Carefully remove from microwave. Divide between two bowls.
Place Smoked Poké Style Salmon in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, stir soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, Sriracha, and salt. Pour sauce over salmon. Toss.
Divide the salmon between the two bowls.
Then, add the edamame, avocado, Crunchy Veggie Slaw, and sliced cucumber between the two bowls.
