Fresh Mint Limeade

Pour yourself a glass of this Fresh Mint Infused Limeade made with fresh lime juice, mint leaves, and simple syrup. It’s a delicious and refreshing summer beverage!

Ingredients

To make simple syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water

To make mint limeade:

  • 6-7 limes juiced
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 6-8 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

To make simple syrup:

  • Add the sugar and the water to a pot over medium heat.
  • Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved and allow the simple syrup to cool.
  • Once the simple syrup has cooled, pour it into a glass pitcher or carafe.

To make mint limeade:

  • Add the lime juice to the simple syrup, along with the mint leaves.
  • Use the back of a wooden spoon or a cocktail muddler to muddle the mint leaves.
  • Then, fill the rest of the pitcher with the cold water and top it off with ice cubes.
  • Stir everything together and serve or refrigerate for later.
