Fun in the Sun Fruit Kebabs
These Fun in the Sun Fruit Kebabs are infused with SunnyD flavor and cooked on the grill for a sunny Summertime dessert!

Ingredients
pineapple
banana, strawberries, or other fruit, cut into chunks
1-2
slices
of store bought pound cake
cut into chunks
4-6
bamboo skewers
1-2 2.75
oz.
bottles of SunnyD
1/2
cup
shredded coconut
1
cup
whipped topping
Instructions
Place your bamboo skewers in a large plastic container.
Pour SunnyD over skewers, just to cover. Let skewers soak for 30-45 minutes.
Alternate fruit and pound cake chunks on your skewers.
Heat your grill on medium and pour the rest of your SunnyD bottle into a bowl.
Lightly brush your fruit kebabs with SunnyD and place onto the grill.
Allow kebabs to cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
On the stovetop, heat shredded coconut over a low flame and toast just until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Add whipped topping to a small bowl and mix in 1-2 tablespoons of SunnyD. Add coconut and mix again.
Serve kebabs with whipped topping and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Enjoy!
